Built in the 1700s this comfortable listed cottage is situated in the centre of this pretty fishing village, just 100 yards from Kingsand beach and local amenities. The house contains many original features including old ships timber and wood panelling. Fishing and smuggling were the main occupations of the villagers until the mid 19th century, now a haven for sailing and walking.
