
Sunnyside Cottage Sleeps 8 Guests and is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. It is a character homely seaside holiday property with a south facing patio area leading from the kitchen perfect for those BBQ’s and alfresco dinning evenings. There is a wooden burning stove plus electric heating.

Other Info-
Bed Linen - The provision of bed linen for guests is included in the rental tariff for 8 guests.
Towels - The provision of towels for guests is included in the rental tariff for 8 guests.
Cot & High Chair - Provided and included in the rental tariff (please request at the time of booking).
Electricity - Electricity is included in the tariff.
Woodburning Stove - Logs are available from the local store.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted in the property.
Pets - 1 Small pet accepted strictly by arrangement at the time of booking (£16 surcharge).
Parking - Parking is only available at the property for loading / un-loading. There are several spaces available around the village although we recommend parking in the village pay and display car park which is around a 2 minute stroll from the house.
Holding Deposit (Required upon booking): A deposit will be required upon booking, with the remaining amount due 8 weeks before your arrival. The deposit amount changes thought the year according to the date of your stay. Please contact us for more information.
Security Deposit: A cheque for £250 is required 2 weeks before the start of your stay. This cheque will be cashed and the money refunded 7 days once an inspection of the property has been made after your departure. (The outstanding balance of rental will be due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday).
